1. Lãnh đạo Sở: Giám đốc và các Phó Giám đốc.

a) Giám đốc Sở là người đứng đầu Sở, chịu trách nhiệm trước UBND thành phố, Chủ tịch UBND thành phố và trước pháp luật về thực hiện chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn của Sở; thực hiện nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn của Ủy viên UBND tỉnh theo quy chế làm việc và phân công của UBND thành phố.

b) Phó Giám đốc Sở giúp Giám đốc Sở thực hiện một hoặc một số nhiệm vụ cụ thể do Giám đốc Sở phân công, chịu trách nhiệm trước Giám đốc Sở và trước pháp luật về kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ được phân công; khi Giám đốc Sở vắng mặt thì ủy quyền một Phó Giám đốc Sở điều hành các hoạt động của Sở.

Số lượng Phó Giám đốc Sở thực hiện theo quy định hiện hành.

- Văn phòng Sở.

- Phòng Quản lý Văn hóa.

- Phòng Quản lý Báo chí và Xuất bản.

 b) Đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập trực thuộc Sở:

- Trung tâm Văn hóa - Điện ảnh thành phố.

- Trung tâm Huấn luyện Thi đấu và Thể dục thể thao

- Bảo tàng thành phố.

 - Thư viện thành phố.
- Nhà hát nghệ thuật thành phố Đồng Nai.
- Trường Trung cấp Văn hóa Nghệ thuật.
- Trường Phổ thông năng khiếu thể thao.

1. Department Leadership

The Department is headed by the Director and Deputy Directors.

a) Director

The Director is the head of the Department and is accountable to the People's Committee of Dong Nai City, the Chairperson of the People's Committee, and the law for the performance of the Department's functions, duties, and powers. The Director also performs the duties and exercises the powers of a member of the People's Committee in accordance with its working regulations and assignments.

b) Deputy Directors

The Deputy Directors assist the Director in performing one or more specific duties assigned by the Director. They are accountable to the Director and to the law for the performance of their assigned responsibilities. In the Director's absence, one Deputy Director may be authorized to oversee and manage the Department's operations.

The number of Deputy Directors shall comply with the applicable regulations.
